What a great place in a great location. Stay in the heart of west London, a few minutes walk from Kensington Olympia, and enjoy relaxing style and space for up to 7 guests. The property is designed to impress a discerning clientele who know that west London really is the place to stay when in London. There are 3 quality bedrooms, with 2 kings beds and 1 trundle bed (with one extractable mattress), 3 bathrooms and even a garden, so you get private space to enjoy inside and outside, and it’s all close to great transport links to the rest of London.

Our family really enjoyed staying here, going to the nearby grocery places to get food to cook and then voyage into the city core. On weekdays it can be a 18 minute walk to any tube station, and on very hot days the nearer bus was too hot to want to use. On the weekend the closer Kensington Olympia station is available - so be aware you may have a longer journey on foot with luggage on some days. The main bedrooms are in the lower floor, which makes for wonderful, cooler temperatures for sleeping in the summer heat. Overall, we thought the place was great.

Perfect base for 4 adults and 2 young children, a few minutes walk from Olympia tube or 15 minutes walk to Earl’s Court tube. Short walk to pubs, restaurants and cafes. Small Sainsbury’s supermarket a short stroll away. We were able to park our car outside the flat and because it was a weekend it was free until 8.30am Monday and then it was pay and display. The flat had enough space for all our needs. The outside space could be so lovely just needed a tidy up. Vincenzo the host was very helpful when contacted with some small issues, he responded immediately with a solution. Thank you.

The hosts were very helpful, and that was great. I did find the property to be dirty, however. It was TIDY, but there was a lot of dust on the faux plants in the house and quite a lot of black mold in the bathrooms. There is clearly some water damage in the building. Also, the piano is out of tune and the outdoor area is not as pictured. I had hoped to have a friend who lives in London over for dinner outside, but it's just an old, dirty picnic table so we ate inside instead. In terms of the neighborhood, it's about a 12-15 minute walk to the tube and I don't know if it's located near a police station, but there were sirens every evening about every 30 minutes on the busy street. I was disappointed, but again, the managers really tried to make the best for us. I think with some serious mold removal, water damage corrected in each of the rooms, and the outdoor cleaned up a lot, it would be an adorable place to stay.
