Comfortable and welcoming, fully appointed kitchen with pots, pans, plenty of crockery, clean bathrooms, great location for theatre & galleries, restaurants, grocery shops and tube all within walking distance. Linens and towels pristine. EXCELLENT communication with host. Clear video for accessing property.

The main area and kitchen have high, inviting ceilings, and the house is clean and has all the necessary appliances. It is a great unit for a large group or family.
The unit has many, very small steps and may be problematic for those who cannot climb stairs, and it may also be difficult to lift and lower so many items, especially heavy and large items. There is no shower downstairs.

Spacious. Clean. Proximity to Holland Park and Kensington High Street. Friendly and responsive host Vincenzo! Allowed us to drop luggage before check in time.
Noisy street with heat necessitating open windows. Underground stations a little far (when booking I didn’t realize Victoria only services underground on weekends). Fans available to alleviate heat but some of them didn’t blow very hard or were very noisy - property would benefit from updated fans heading into the summertime.
