Locatia bine pozitionata, in apropierea magazinelor dar si a restaurantelor. Accesibil pentru orice ai face in oras. Apartament dotat si echipat aproape cu tot ce ai nevoie intr-o casa. Curatenie ok. Priveliste extaordinara chiar si din fotoliu.
Recomandare, pentru ca lipseste sau nu l-am identificat eu, un epresor sau un filtru pentru cafea. 🫣

Wohnung ist groß und bestens geeignet für eine Familie mit 2 - 3 Kinder oder 2 Paare. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, der Küche und des Bads ist sehr gut. Insbesondere die Küche ist geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und auf der gegenüber liegenden Straßenseite kann man kostenlos parken. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Donau liegt etwa 200 m entfernt, ein großes Einkaufszentrum befindet sich etwa 200 m entfernt. Läuft man die Straße nach links gibt es 2-3 Gaststätten und weiter die Anlegestellen für Bootsfahrten zu den "Donaukesseln".
Die Wohnung verfügt nicht über eine Klimaanlage.

Totul, apartament spațios, dotat cu tot ceea ce este necesar, chiar peste. Curățenie, oameni calzi, prietenoși si disponibilitate. Locația foarte bună, aproape de magazine, restaurante, debarcader pentru a lua croaziere.
Nu a fost ceva ce sa nu îmi placa.
