The property is clean and very close to everything.
Lack of storage in the room and the only heating facility is an AC, that has to function non stop to keep the room warm.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The host is very nice and helpful. Great, quiet location in the old resort.
Parking on the narrow street could be a challenge if you have a big car, but there are few parking lots (for a fee) nearby. So not a big deal.
I highly recommend this property and will come again.

Cheap and fragile furniture. If you are on the heavy side the bed will not hold you, if your not on the heavy side (like my wife) you will sink into the bed. The mattress is very soft + the flexible bars that hold the mattress are fixated in plastic supports and pop out very easy. So you will find your self on the floor often. The shower cabin is poorly isolated, and the floor is uneven. You will end up with a puddle in the bathroom after the shower and you need to get a mop and clear it yourself.
