The host was great and communicative.
The location is exactly as described - truly central. The bus station is about a 10-minute walk, the grocery store is just steps away, the lakes are only a few minutes away, and the main pedestrian zone is right there as well.
The apartment itself exceeded expectations. It spans three floors and includes a spacious living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two small kitchens - just like in the photos. It’s a spacious and comfortable place, ideal for a group or family stay.
The only issue we faced regarding the apartment was that the bedrooms have windows without thicker or darker blinds. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to morning light, expect to wake up as soon as the sun rises.
Regarding the location, if you plan to explore the region, visit Đerdap National Park, or go anywhere outside Kladovo, I highly recommend having a car. Buses are infrequent, routes can be limiting, and the stations aren’t clearly marked - you'd likely need to ask locals for directions. I imagine that could be frustrating, especially for foreigners.
