About this apartment rental
This spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath condo comes with many amenities. The ocean beach is just a short one minute walk for those who want to play in the surf, and also a minute walk to the bay where young children can safely build sand castles. This unit has a 2 car tandem garage where the coin operated washer and dryer are located. Also included are beach chairs, beach bikes, beach towels and boogie boards.

Wonderful place to stay! This was our first time staying south of Belmont but it was a wonderful change. It was quiet, peaceful and just a two minute walk to the beach. The condo was perfect. Comfy beds, great AC, clean and spacious! Will definitely be back! Thank you!

This property was such a great time and super location. Took the family for Christmas and had a super great time. Location was great. Communication was great. It has bikes avaliable but they are rusted up and not to good for riding. It is what all rentals do down there because of the them getting ripped off. If you like riding the bikes take your own or you can rent them. Super fun to ride bikes on the board walk. Bike paths all around the bay. We will definitely be renting this place again. Soon I hope.
