Retire to the comfort of your primary retreat that features a King-size bed while the secondary bedrooms have Queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom treats you to bunk beds. Please note this is a second-story condo that requires access by stairs and sleeps six adults, with a 9-guest maximum should you have the little ones (9 adults will not fit in this home, and will not be approved). Also, there is no A/C, like most homes in the coastal area, and pets are firmly not allowed. You will have tandem garage parking for two vehicles. If luxury is a must, then this is the unit for you!

Please note that from June 15-August 17, this property requires a seven night minimum with check-in and check-out on Saturday’s only.
This home is equipped with exterior surveillance as required by the local city officials.

There is no elevator at this building. This unit is located on the 2nd floor. There are stairs to and from the unit. This may not be appropriate for all groups, so please be sure you are comfortable with this, before booking.

This place is amazing! Plenty of beach chairs, toys, and towels. Very comfortable and clean. Communication is quick and easy with any needs that arise. It's our 2nd year and will be back for more.

The check in/out process was very smooth and easy. Kimberly Kizer is very easy to work with and very accommodating.
PROS:
We couldn't have found a better spot for our vacation. It's close to everything, including the zoo, sea world, shopping, Little Italy, and of course, THE BEACH! The place is very well stocked with every imaginable kitchen item you could need, along with towels and bathing/shower products. There's jet tub in the master suite, which we used several times. We appreciated the nice coffee/hot cocoa set up. The bedrooms were comfortable. Just a side note here, the bunk beds are probably better suited for kids. The two younger, adult nieces we thought could sleep there, but the top bunk is hard to get into. So they ended up sleeping on the large sofas in the living room which turned out fine. I was fortunate and got the bedroom suite, and it was wonderful. Some noise from the boardwalk folks, but not bad after it got dark. And I was able to watch the ocean waves while lying in bed. Very serene and relaxing.
If your group are beach lovers, I would highly recommend the Sand Castle.
ONLY CON: The clothes dryer wasn't drying anything, so we removed the lint filter, and it hadn't been cleaned out for quite some time. It was really packed with lint and sand (the element may need changing also.) So be sure to check this if it's used. May want to advise cleaning staff to do the same.

What a great experience. This property is just 10-Stars all the way around. We didn't get to stay as long as we wanted but we will be back. The property was spotless and the extra amenities were over the top.
