The house is located in a quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the Carosello 3000 gondola, with the possibility of reaching the house itself on skis. Located 20m from the free bus stop, 200m from the cross-country trails, and 100m from the multi-purpose structure 'Plazza Placheda', where the most important events are held and where the APT tourist office is located and a stone's throw from the bike path. Presence of private parking, heated ski storage. Close to: supermarket, butcher, restaurant, pizzeria, ski and mountain bike rental, pharmacy, first aid.
