About this house rental

The Climber's House, on 2 floors. In a village with 15 houses, in the center of the Val di Mello Nature Reserve, on the edge of the woods, 250 m from the stream.
3 rooms 50 m2 on 2 floors partly with sloping ceilings. Dining room with TV and wood stove.
1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom in the attic (can be implemented).
Wood heating. Upper floor: (steep staircase) open attic mezzanine ceiling height 170 - 70 cm.
Non-smoking house. Private entrance. Parking 200 m away on the property
