Beautiful, cosy, comfortable 3-family house "Santa Lucia", 1'171 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the hamlet Santa Lucia 3 km from the centre of Bormio, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.5 km from the skiing area, east facing position. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use). Storeroom available. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1.9 km, restaurant, bar 800 m, bus stop 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km, thermal baths "Terme di Bormio" 2.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, riding stable 8 km, ski lift 2.5 km, chair lift 2.5 km, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. La referente della struttura è stata molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto sulla flessibilità dell'orario di arrivo, ottima pulizia, lenzuola e asciugamani pulitissimi. Appartamento molto ampio con balcone fornito del minimo indispensabile, incluso un tv smart con account netflix. Indirizzo via du Ros non via del dosso

Trzy sypialnie oraz 90m2 powierzchni gwarantowały wygodny pobyt dwóch rodzin 2+1 oraz dawały każdej z rodzin swoją przestrzeń. Na plus zaliczam: dość dobre położenie (blisko Bormio a jednocześnie na uboczu), duży salon z odpowiednią kuchnią i jadalnią oraz piec kaflowy, codziennie napalony i dający nam przyjemne ciepło. Na minus: brudna łazienka w dniu przyjazdu, brud w kuchni, bardzo twardy materac w pierwszej sypialni, nieczynne grzejniki w 2 sypialniach, małe okna (ciemno), ciasny parking.
