The house is located in a quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the Carosello 3000 cable car, with the possibility of reaching the house on skis. Located 20m from the free bus stop, 200m from the cross-country ski runs, and 100m from the multifunctional structure 'Plazza Placheda', where the most important events take place and where the APT tourist office is located and a stone's throw from the cycle path. Presence of private parking, heated ski deposit. Close to: supermarket, butcher, restaurant, pizzeria, ski and mountain bike rental bank, pharmacy, emergency room.
