Apartment block "Promenade (Utoring)". In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception.

Vor 3 Jahren waren wir zum ersten Mal mit unseren Enkeln in Arosa. Wir waren beeindruckt, wieviel Angebote und Möglichkeiten Arosa Familien mit Kindern bietet. Sei es Pedalofahren, klettern im Seilpark, richtige Bären beobachten, wandern, Gondeli oder Sessellift fahre..... Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wohnung gut ausgestattet und sauber, evt. noch mit Gewürzen ergänzen. Sehr gute Lage Einfache Kommunikation bezüglich Anreise

Appartement au premier étage, parfaitement équipé, très confortable, en tous points conforme à la description. Vaste espace, plus un grand balcon avec vue sur les montagnes alentours. La résidence est située sur les hauteurs de la station, à proximité des commerces. Un peu éloignée des pistes, mais une navette passe régulièrement pour les rejoindre.

Wohnung ist minimal eingerichtet. Eine Kapselmaschine dürfte heute zum Standard gehören. Badzimmerbeleuchtung mit Wackelkontakt, nur 1 von 3 Lampen brennt. Investition wäre an diversen Stellen angebracht (Matrazen, Teppich, Bazimmerbeleuchtung)
