Like a hotel suite, this comfortable studio is fully equipped with a contemporary and spacious living room, for short or long stay. Near Opera Bastille, Place des Vosges, Saint Paul district, the Marais, many museums nearby, trendy district, popular, day and night entertainment, shops, bars, brasseries, restaurants, very well served by public transport ( taxis metro bus) Lyon, Nord, Austerlitz, Saint Lazare, (Paris-) Charles-de-Gaulle airport (airport) of Orly.

The apartment is in a convenient location near Bastille station. It takes only 3 minutes walk to the metro station. There are many restaurants and bars around the place. The apartment has everything I need and is very clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying this place again.

The apartment was spotless. M. Durand was very communicative with booking and Mme. Rosario was very thorough in showing us the apartment's features. Nearly instant hot water, fully stocked with towels and linens and kitchen cookware and dishwasher/washing machine. Note: no clothes dryer, but there is a heated towel rack and we just air-dried everything. We were aware the street is a party street so we brought a Bluetooth speaker for white noise and were never bothered by external noise. ATM two doors down, a creperie and boulangerie up the street, two blocks to a Monoprix and one block to a Monop' if you need any basics. We were thrilled with this apartment. Merci, merci beaucoup.

I loved the apartment everything was amazing! So close the Metro so it was easy to get around. The property owner and manager Nimpha were both so helpful and prompt in responses checkin and out were so easy. A lively part of the neighborhood so beware. Overall our honeymoon was better because we stayed there!

We stayed here for 3 weeks during the Olympics. Check-in was okay as we were met by a nice lady who let us in and showed us around but a lockbox would have been easier. Note, there is a limited check-in window, so if you happen to arrive in the late afternoon, you will have to make other arrangements. All the windows in apartment face an alley that was off Rue De Lappe, one of the biggest party streets in Paris. No exaggeration 7 days a week you can expect people in the alley, yelling, drinking, laughing etc from 11pm until 7-8am every day. This also happens to be the only time when you can cool down the apartment so you are left with opening the windows and a security issue or putting the security shutters down and dealing with the heat. The Paris summer can be unrelenting with and this property was described as having an “air conditioner” but a Dyson fan is not an air conditioner. It got so hot in the apartment we had to purchase a fan as it would have been unliveable without it. The fold down bed was very uncomfortable with a thin mattress about 2 inches thick. This made it hard to get a comfortable nights sleep. Add that to the no air con, noisy street and you start getting the picture.
It was close to Bastille station which is a well connected stop with access to 3 train lines. It also had a very good selection of food and drink options at your doorstep and a supermarket 2 minutes away. The apartment is also well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen.
