About this house rental
Our 100m² holiday home is located here in the green heart of Germany, in the Kneipp spa town of Bad Tabarz in the Thuringian Forest.
There are many excursion destinations with a rich cultural program in the area, Eisenach with the Wartburg (24km), Gotha with the Friedenstein Castle (12km), Erfurt (40km) or Weimar (70km).
But there is also a lot to discover for active vacationers.
Hikes (e.g. Inselsberg 8km), mountain bike, adventure swimming pool, as well as winter sports with ski and sled rental in town.
A wide variety of supermarkets, restaurants and cafés are available to you in Bad Tabarz.
The house was newly built in 2001, this includes an approximately 880m² garden plot with a nice barbecue area, which invites you to relax after a relaxing day.
The costs for charging electric or hybrid cars (if possible) are always based on consumption and are invoiced separately.
The house is divided as follows:
In the basement there is a cozy living area with dining area, TV and radio (Bose Blus)
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine
and kettle.
A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
In the 2nd On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a small balcony.

Perfekte Unterkunft für 4 Personen und Hund. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, das Ferienhaus vor allem der Wintergarten ist traumhaft, das Objekt ist sehr schön liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr hochwertig mit grossem Kühlschrank und richtiges Eisfach. In dem Haus gibt es schöne relaxmöglichkeiten für Jung und Alt. Für Familien mit Kinder die info, ihr braucht kein Spielzeug mitzunehmen,es waren so tolle viele Spielsachen vorhanden eine schöne kleine Bibiothek mit vielen Büchern. Rundum klasse, der Rasenmähroboter hat unser Sohn geliebt. Es gibt Fahrräder und Roller und Spielzeug. 2 Toiletten im Haus, eine schöne Dusche 🚿 . In der Umgebung gibt es schöne kleine Touren und tolle Ausflugsziele, rundum ein schönes Objekt wo man merkt das viel Liebe von den Eigentümern in dem Objekt steckt. Ich empfehle das Objekt und den reibungslosen Ablauf mit Familie Crowson. Danke für das tolle Ferienhaus.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen mit allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Der Vermieter war persönlich vor Ort und hat eine liebevolle Einweisung in das Objekt gegeben. Eine tolle Umgebung mit vielen sportlichen Möglichkeiten. Der Pavillon zum Entspannen ist das Highlight im Haus. Herzlichen Dank noch mal an Herrn Crowson.

Sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, gute Lage, angenehme Stimmung im Haus und ein sehr schöner Wintergarten, welcher unser Highlight des Hauses war.

Das Ferienhaus war nett und gut ausgestattet, aber leider nicht sauber. Die letzten Endreinigungen haben wohl nur oberflächlich stattgefunden...
