Newly renovated holiday home right on the forest
3 bedrooms (1x double bed, 1 x French bed, 1 x single bed - extra bed possible, baby bed available), large living area with couch and TV, dining table and kitchen (chamber with fridge-freezer and microwave right next door), 1 bathroom with underfloor heating and a walk-in wellness shower , 1 guest toilet.
The house has a balcony, which can be accessed directly from the living area, as well as from a bedroom. From the balcony you have a view of the green.
Renting bicycles or booking a canoe tour on the Werra is possible on request.
In the immediate vicinity is the sports field and the cycle path, which represents the connection between the Werra Cycle Path and the Unstrut Cycle Path.
In Wendehausen there is a bakery and a butcher, 3 km away a small grocery store, as well as a restaurant with a plain menu. We are happy to organize wellness treatments (cosmetics, foot care, massage) for you on site. The house is an ideal starting point for hikes, we are happy to help you plan. The former border strip - The Green Belt of Germany - with a border tower museum is just as waiting to be explored as the Normannstein Castle, the Werratalsee or the Hainich Nature Park. Ideal place for a nice vacation in the middle of Germany.
We have various toys ready for our little guests (Lego Duplo, board games, bobby car etc.)

Das Objekt hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Sehr gut ausgestattet, piekfein sauber. Der nüchterne, etwas kühle Stil sollte noch mit ein paar Bildern aufgewertet werden. Es gibt anspruchsvolle Motive, die trotz der individuellen Geschmäcker (könnte man auch mit e schreiben...) gewagt werden könnten. Der persönliche Service und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern waren hervorragend! Wendehausen liegt im Übrigen mitten in herrlicher Natur und umgeben von Premium-Wanderrouten, historischen Orten um Luther und Müntzer und nahe dem wunderschönen Werra-Radweg. Nur die ältere Bäckersfrau muss Freundlichkeit wohl noch lernen.

Viel Platz und viel Natur rund ums Haus. Es gehört ein Parkplatz mit zum Haus, der aber, aufgrund der Lage des Hauses( Hanglage ) nicht für alle Fahrer leicht zu erreichen ist. Das Haus ist innen frisch renoviert und macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck, allerdings hat man das Gefühl, dass das Geschirr- Glas- + Besteckangebot in der Menge nicht einer Ferienwohnung entspricht, teilweise viel zu viel, teilweise zu wenig. Wir haben uns aber im Großen und Ganzen wohl gefühlt, die Kinder waren sehr zufrieden und das ist für uns das Wichtigste. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und machen alles, damit der Urlaub genossen werden kann.
