The ***** 5 star holiday home "Altes Grabenhöfchen" is located directly at the foot of the Hochrhön. In just a few minutes you can reach destinations such as Rother dome and Black Moor in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Rhön - Hiking World No. 1 in the border triangle Bavaria / Hesse / Thuringia. The nearby bird sanctuary as well as cycling and hiking trails start on the doorstep ..... Carriage rides and trial riding are possible with the local provider after consultation! We offer guided mountain bike tours with a mountain bike guide (fee required) Ideal for hikers, walkers, bikers as well as other sports enthusiasts and nature lovers! The "Alte Grabenhöfchen" (130 m²) can accommodate 4 people. The property is located in the village center in a quiet side street and has a closed courtyard. The small Dreiseithof with listed farmhouse 1623 is available to our guests for sole use. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with fireplace, bathroom (shower, toilet, hair dryer) and an infrared sauna, laundry room with dryer and washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes horse. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (box spring 180x200), bathroom (bath, toilet, hair dryer), reading area, living room with fireplace. For our guests free Wi-Fi, an infrared sauna, a washing machine, dryer and a safe are available. Electricity, water, heating, bath and bed linen, tea towels and firewood are included in the price. The outdoor area is embellished with a terrace with seating, 2 sun loungers and a barbecue. As a special wellness highlight is our guests by prior booking (from 7 nights in the rental price incl.) a hot tub is available. Active people can play table tennis or badminton. Toll ausgestattetes und mit Liebe zum Details eingerichtetes Häuschen mit sehr viel Charme. Haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles Notwendige und mehr war vorhanden. Super nette Vermieter die unserem Geburstagkind eine Überraschung bereiteten. Dafür auch nochmals vielen Dank.

Fünf Sterne sind für das wunderschöne, hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestatte Haus eigentlich zu wenig.

Das Fachwerkhaus ist super restauriert. Die modernen Elemente machen es zu was besonderem. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat waren Fliegengitter, so hatten wir leider viele Stechmücken im Haus und durch die Wärme mussten wir Nachts lüften.

Die Beschreibung des Hauses stimmt 100%ig. Es ist sogar noch viel schöner als auf den eingestellten Fotos. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und entgegenkommend und haben uns und unseren Hund herzlich begrüsst.
Es ist das erste Ferienhaus das WIRKLiCH alles hat, was man braucht, Ausser der eigenen Kleidung muss man nichts mitbringen. Die Umgebung und die Hochrhön war jetzt im März noch nicht überlaufen und für Wanderungen mit dem Hund ideal.
Eigentlich sollte ich es nicht tun aber ich kann das Haus nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.
