About this house rental
Molunat is an idyllic bay in the south of Dalmatia. Here you can relax far away from mass tourism. A small café, two restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance. However, if you are in a hurry, you can reach Cavtat in 25 minutes and Dubrovnik in 50 minutes. There are many excursion options and other beaches to discover. We would be happy to inform you about this!
Spend relaxing holidays in the beautiful and quiet bay of Molunat. Relax on the terrace surrounded by unspoiled nature and the Adriatic Sea. Treat yourself to a dip in the refreshing crystal blue water on your doorstep. If you feel comfortable in a relaxed and cozy environment, our Villa Terasa is just right for you!
The house has 3 bedrooms, each with double beds and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed where two people can stay. The open kitchen is well equipped. Here you will find a dishwasher, washing machine and a stove with an oven. A Nespresso machine is also available. (Please bring your own capsules) To make your stay on the large terrace comfortable, there are four sun loungers, two sun chairs and a large dining table available! A Weber gas grill is also available for a culinary barbecue evening. From the bathing platform you can comfortably take a flight of stairs into the refreshing water.
We provide bed linen and towels at no extra charge.
There is a bus connection to the airport and to Cavtat. Here you also have the connection to the bus to Dubrovnik. You can also take the boat from Cavtat to Dubrovnik. This experience is particularly recommended! If you have a car at your disposal, this is of course a lot easier since the bus does not run as often. You can park your car directly at the house without fees.

We loved the house and especially the SPACIOUS terrace with the incredible view! We even had the great luck to watch dolphins from the terrace! The location is fantastic as the house is at the far end of Molunat and therfore, it is nicely calm. But restaurants, a small shop and a watersport rental is in walking distance. The communication with the host was extremely easy and fast.

our group had a wonderful week at Zora's. communication was seamless, our host was waiting when we arrived. The house tastefully and simply furnished. the kitchen has everything you need, we cooked quiet a bit. The master piece is off course the amazing terrace facing the sea. Ever night we saw a perfect sun set, cocktails in hand the grill sizzling dinner. crossing the street you have your own pier to jump in the water. It was quiet and exactly what we had hoped for.
2 little caveats especially for the price were that the showers flooded the bathrooms easily, and not all 3 bed rooms have A/C.
