Welcome to our family-friendly home based in Zaton bay, a short distance from the Old Town- historical center of Dubrovnik. This four bedroom property boasts sea views, a private basketball court, a private heated pool and all the space for up to 8 guests.
This comfortable four bed boasts an attractive stone pool deck which receives plenty of sunshine. A lovely covered dining area with barbecue and outdoor kitchen is the perfect place for al fresco meals. For those that love to lay back and relax, you will love the heated swimming pool and the bubbling jacuzzi. For the more competitive ones, enjoy a game of basketball on the private court, or even some rounds of table tennis!
The interiors ooze with rustic charm and modern décor refreshing style. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need during your stay and dining room by the kitchen offers a big dining table with chairs, perfect for some quality time over a meal. The lounge is cosy with two large sofas and satellite LCD TV. From the living room there is access to a balcony to enjoy pleasant summer evenings and the sea view.
Two bedrooms have king beds and the other two bedrooms have twin beds which can be made up as a king bed if there are couples staying.
For beach lovers, the local beach is only 500m from the house! Restaurants, the supermarket, bar and more all within a short walking distance from the house.

We had the most amazing trip. Irena is beyond the greatest host. She arranged our transfers, our chef cooked meal at the villa, our Ston oyster trip, our sail boat trip and gave us amazing resturant recommendations. She was in communication with me from day one. Her rental property is awesome. The place is clean, homey and a great time was had by all in the pool, hot tub, playing hoops and ping pong. She thought of everything. Our plane was delayed and she made sure our transfer knew and was there. She is available for questions. We were close to 2 markets, were only 20 mins out of town and a short walk to several eateries. The house is a quiet sanctuary after the hustle and bustle of the city. I highly, highly recommend Irena and her amazing property!!!!

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und deren Partnern verbracht. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr schön und gepflegt und die nahe gelegene Straße stört überhaupt nicht. Man läuft nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und zu mehreren Restaurants und zwei Supermärkte sind in direkter Umgebung. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, nur die Badezimmer sind recht klein ausgefallen. Dort muss man mit dem Platz etwas haushalten.

We had a fabulous week in a fabulous country in a fabulous villa!
Irena tolerated many last minute emails and also organised us a transfer from the airport which was hassle free. Initially we were sceptical about the villa being just back from the road but because of the position of the villa it didn't affect us in any way.The villa is situated in Zaton a small resort with a couple of bars and water sports facilities. It is a beautiful, easy walk along to the next resort which offers a few more restaurants and shops. The views are spectacular. Irena suggested places of interest and shared local information regarding which shops are cheaper etc. Having 2 mini supermarkets one either side of the villa made it so convenient for all provisions. Irena put us in touch with a local taxi firm who was very accommodating for trips to the mountains or into Dubrovnik, both a must.
For us it was a family holiday with our 3 grown up daughters and their partners. There was plenty of room in the villa with 4 ample double bedrooms with air conditioning.The indoor and outdoor kitchen were both well stocked with everything you could need. The weather was glorious so we had a BBQ most evenings.The sun loungers and outdoor furniture were of good quality and comfortable for lazy days around the pool. The pool was clean and inviting, the hot tub a bonus if the weather hadn't been so warm! There was also shade available at all times of the day! The villa is set on 3 levels so looking out from the pool terrace you can see across to the islands and watch the sun setting in Zaton bay.
Irena was extremely helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble yet she never intruded on our privacy. We would highly recommend this villa, its location and it's host.

We had the most wonderful 2 weeks staying at Irena and Pero's villa. The villa has everything you need. The outside space is just amazing. You have a kitchen, eating area, sitting area, hot tub and bbq on one level and then a fantastic pool and sun loungers up another level. The pool area is very private and you have good views over the bay. You also have a couple of balconies from the villa to spoil you as well.
We had a very friendly welcome from Irena who is knowledgeable about the local area. Irena organised many of our taxis transfers and attractions for us. She is always very willing to help out.
We would recommend the private chef which was a great experience. The local restaurants are a good standard and further round the bay you have great dining experiences at Orsan and Kasar.
Dubrovnik is amazing and a good tip - take taxis there and back. Game of Thrones tour not only showed filming locations but also was informative about history of Dubrovnik. A cable car ride up to Panorama is great. VIews are spectacular. A trip to Lokrum island was a good day out. Great restaurant in the heart of the island and good swimming in the sea.
Overall we really enjoyed our two week stay and the hospitality that Irena and family extended to us was very much appreciated. We very much hope to return.
