The elegant traditional Croatian house with spectacular sea view occupies a prime spot on one of Croatia’s sunniest parts in village Orašac at only 15km from Dubrovnik
A restored home that offer all modern luxury with unique outside space, for relaxing on shaded teracce.You will find also a traditional taverna detached from this house with barbeque and table for dinning. Open doors and you are greeted by the sparkling sea and a view of the Elafiti islands.
Now completely renovated, the estate is the perfect choice for a relaxed holiday in the sun.The estate itself is enchanting, but it’s also just a 5-minute walk from the beach or restaurants at Radison Dubrovnik Sun Gardens.
Waking up in the Dolina house every day is an experience you’ll want to last forever.
Natural stone and wood combined with subtle tones of green, white and blue blend perfectly with the theme of sun, sea and Dalmatian flora.
The surrounding areas complement this home wonderfully well. The calm and restful scenery is enough to keep you occupied for hours. The village of Orašac is just a five minute walk away, as is the beach. When you just want to get away from the hectic pace of life, Orašac delivers. Private parking space for 2 cars you will find in front of house.

Ground floor occupy a fully equipped kitchen. Fridge, Freezer, Oven, cooktop, Dishwasher, Toaster, Juicer, microwave, table for 6 in dining area and living area with large TV. Air-condition in this floor.
At the ground floor you will find extra toilet.
On firs floors second air-condition.
They are 3 bedrooms,
Master bedroom with sea view, large double with on suite bathroom with shower.
2 other bedrooms, one with 2 separate beds and sea view( can be made as one large bed ) and one with large bed.
Second bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.
Washing machine, and iron and ironing board.
Outside from the main house you will find tavern as detached house with barbeque and dining table with chairs.
On terrace you will find sun chairs and also a separate relaxing furniture.
We are offering also a van airport transfer service

Das Haus liegt etwas höher im Ort. Der Blick auf's Meer ist wunderschön. Drumherum ist nichts und das ist Erholung pur. Man kann sehr gut auch auf der Terrasse entspannen. Zum Meer muss man schon mit dem Auto fahren, ansonsten ist der Weg zu steil und lang. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und super sauber. Wir haben jeden Tag auf der schönen Terrasse verbracht u.a. zum Essen.

Beautifull house. Great hosts that are next door and always willing to help. All the commodities to cook. Wonderful view in the morning and evening. Very quiet. We have rented many houses from VRBO and this is by far the best.

Really nice and very helpful host. House is like shown on the pictures. But there were no German TV channels, which we were promised :-(. And the beach on the picture is presumably not the beach nearby, since there where no sun loungers or umbrellas to rent. You had to drive to a smaller beach. 7-8 minutes by car. I hoped Orasac were som kind of village with a small cosy centre and a supermarket. There was nothing like this, but this is my fault. I could have done som research. Really quiet place. Only the dogs from the neighbour were barking.
