Ground floor: large living room, lounge, kitchen, 1 bedroom (double bed 140x190cm), bathroom, separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: double bed 140x190cm + 2 single beds 90x190cm, 2: double bed 140x190cm + single bed 90x190cm), mezzanine (2 single beds 90x190cm), bathroom, separate WC. Additional equipment: freezer. Included in the price: electric heating, bed linen. Firewood and towels available for an extra charge from the owner. Family gatherings possible. Special rates for events at the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. Pets: €5/day. Table tennis available.
Cleaning fee: €100, mandatory for business guests and once per week.
