About this house rental
Our newly renovated lodging conversion boasts 1,000 square feet of private living space - a standalone building on a residential country property with landscaped yard and additional acreage. The residence has a full kitchen and bathroom, as well as laundry facilities. There are two private bedrooms for 2 and a loft bedroom accessed by stair that sleeps 3.
RV parking available with the rental and 50 amp power for a nightly fee.
Access to trails down our wooded hill and open meadow in back.
We live on a lovely 5 acres in north Hayden. There are 7 fruit trees (apple, plum, cherry) near the apartment you may snack on if they are in season during your visit. A road goes down our wooded hillside in the back, to a large open and flat meadow where deer or turkey are often seen. This area is open for you to explore and walk. A stone fire pit is also in the meadow.
The apartment is fully furnished and contains a kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer. The gravel driveway is for guest use during the stay. Parking is to the west by the white entrance door, on the side of the building.
We are about 10 minutes from Silverwood theme park, and 10 from triple play family fun park. The lodging is next to our home, on our 5 acre property. Guest access and parking is on the west side of the apartment where the main door is located. (not the red door)

The place fit us perfectly for a stay for Silverwood. It was compact but had everything we needed. We had a couple problems. We found multiple bugs. Big spiders in one of the rooms. The most disappointing problem was the listing shows pictures of outside play equipment. We were informed a couple days before that someone rented the main house and the outside equipment was for them. It also shows outside chairs to hang out in. Those were not there either.During hot days, window air conditioner did not reach top floor, especially when we arrived in the evening.
