About this house rental
Our house is a newly built 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in Riverstone in a secured gated community. The home has 3 bedrooms with memory foam mattresses and pillows for your comfort. There is a full kitchen with brand new appliances as well as a dining room. The home can comfortably sleep 9 people, a portable crib is available for your use. The home is well lit with windows providing natural light and boasts tall ceilings to make it feel even more open.
The house is open and spacious with lots of windows to welcome to beautiful sunshine.
There are many conveniences nearby, such as Riverstone Park, which is only a couple handred yards away. It is next to the Centennial Bike Trail and two miles from downtown Coeur d'Alene. The Village at Riverstone, about 1/4 mile away has many shops and restaurants to enjoy.
The front door does have a RING doorbell and there is a security camera at the back of the property facing the fence, however there is NO other audio and/or video surveillance inside or outside the home and property. Please do not adjust or tamper with the security system.
Unfortunately due to HOA rules, there is no parking for boats, RV's, and trailers on the property or in the street.

Property is on a above average neighborhood with many relatively new homes. My guess is average home abd condo price is 900K to 1.2Mil range. Some higher, not many, if any lower. Can walk to multiple nice restaurants and some boutique stores and a movie theater. Walk to restaurant on the river portion. If lake Coeur d'alene. Walking and biking trail right near place as well. Exceptionally nice. There are 4 nice cruiser bikes but they needed some work. New handle grips needed on at least 2 of them and one had the chain off. We opted to not bike as couple of the days it was pretty smoky, but all on all an awesome stay. I would stay there again. One of the rooms is set up well for young children too. Very nice master bathroom, especially the large glass shower. I highly recommend a stay here. If rigth time if year I recommend the dinner cruise on the lake as well.

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Riverstone. Loved the proximity to restaurants and coffee. The home was well stocked with all needed items. We enjoyed walking on the trail and riding the bikes that were provided. Would recommend this place!

This location and house was perfect. We went to silverwood and then came back to walking distance to food, movie theater and park.
