Advance Notification: Kindly notify us at the time of booking regarding the number of persons and pets accompanying you during your stay.
Bikes and Kayak Availability: If you wish to use the bikes or kayak during your stay, please notify us at booking so that we can ensure they are available for your use. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee their availability.
Long-term Stays: For stays of 28 days or longer, pets need to be approved prior to booking. There is a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $175. Based on your profile history and reviews, we reserve the right to ask for an additional refundable security deposit. Please inquire for any questions before booking
Please note that the house does not have central AC. However, we maintain a comfortable temperature with a combination of portable AC units.

We had myself, my hubby, three teens any grandma and it was really great. The location was fabulous. Clean. Plenty of linens. Great communication with the host. I somehow missed that there was only one bathroom, but the size and layout made it easy for someone to be showering and another to be using the mirror so it was a total success!

Overall the space was great and we had a great stay! I would recommend the house. The cleaning was outstanding with one little exception - the restroom vent fan was plugged with lint. Also, we were left 2 rolls of toilet paper for a unit that advertises space for 10 people (we were there for 4 nights). Also, the cleaning directions asked us to run the dishwasher and put all of the dishes away - I use VRBO at least 4X/year and I have never been asked to run the dishwasher, wait, and then put the dishes away. Lastly, I really thought the unit was a stand alone house, but it ended up being one unit out of 2 or 3. It turned out that this wasn't a problem because it was super quiet, but I think VRBO should be required to make this more clean. Sounds way more harsh than it was, but VRBO asked for the review.
