We utilised this apartment as a base in just outside of Rome and stayed for 40 days. It’s in a great Suburb, very quiet with its own parking. It needs a little tlc and has stairs leading up to the appartment.. for what we paid we were content.

We are a family of 4 with 2 small children. This home was very nice and peaceful. It had 2 bedrooms, a livining, bathroom, and washroom. Downstairs it had a washer. Outside it has a front yard with a BBQ and a sheltered area. Very peaceful for a family. A 15 minute walk a from a supermarket located on a raod with several coffee shops. It is about a 45 minute walk to the beach. The beach was lovely too, not too many people. This home was perfect for a quiet family vacation and great for doing online work, the internet was fiber optic.
