About this villa rental
Villa Grazia (sleeps 9) is a farmhouse with an adjacent annex (sleeps 5), all renovated according to the criteria of tradition and anti-seismic regulations. Immersed in the splendid green hills, yet only 3.5 km from the center of Fermo, 15 minutes from the beaches of Porto San Giorgio and glamorous footwear outlet (Tod's, Hogan, Prada, Paciotti, Loriblu, Nero Giardini etc. .) and 40 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains. Nearby: riding, fly zones. Also you can book: unforgettable sailing boat trips, massages, laundry service, babysitter and home chef. WiFi available everywhere (even in the garden).
The large garden hosts a swimming pool equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and deckchairs. The pool is for the exclusive use of "Villa Grazia" and its annex.
Ground floor "Villa Grazia":
- A large and functional kitchen equipped with: 5-burner stove, electric oven, natural gas oven with refractory stone (and all the cooking equipment of the excellent pizza), microwave oven, large fridge, dishwasher, 2 sinks (1 in steel in the area of the cooking fires and 1 in stone near the dishwasher for washing dishes), large stone worktop, pantry, table that can comfortably accommodate 10/12 people, large fireplace and TV.
- Patio equipped to eat outside overlooking the garden, swimming pool and Sibillini Mountains (also called 'Monti Azzurri' - Apennines) where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.
- Large living room with 2 sofas, satellite TV
- Bathroom with shower
- Service area with large shoe rack and large hand-painted wardrobe
First floor "Villa Grazia":
- Double room (master) with terrace (2 windows and 1 door / window), loft with large wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV
