About this villa rental
The Villa Ruffini has a wonderful panoramic view, and is only 20km from the sea. The house is 200 square meters large, and is so divided: on the ground floor you will find the kitchen equipped with everything you need (fridge with freezer, electric oven, gas hob, plates, glasses, cutlery, tablecloths, pots, etc .. ), a large living room with a large table where you can eat all together, a very spacious bathroom, and a bedroom (double bed + 2 single beds). On the first floor there are the other 3 bedrooms: a quadruple room (double bed + 2 single beds), a triple room (double bed + 1 single bed), a triple room (double bed + 1 single bed) and a large bathroom.
Outside there is a swimming pool with a beautiful panoramic view, sun loungers, a gazebo equipped with tables and outdoor chairs where you can eat all together, a barbecue, wood oven, and a large park that surrounds the whole house where the children can play and have fun.
We have free Wifi internet both at home and outside.

This Villa in the hills of Italy is beautiful. You can watch the sunset while you are sitting in the pool. You have an outdoor kitchen which was the only one that we use. And we had a hot tub that was sadly broken when we arrived but in the week the owners fixed it. So we would come every time again.

The property was in a very good condition, the place suits well for a larger group of guests. Besides that the view from the pool is astonishing. We had a nice time at the villa and made sure we used the cooking equipment well to make our own pizza and prepare loads of food on the barbeque's.

We stayed for 2 weeks at Villa Ruffini. We had an amazing time from start to finish. Sibilla was very helpful with any questions we had. She and her husband were at the house to welcome us and show us round the house and garden. The house is perfect for families with or without children. Lots of outdoor space. Short drive to local town that has everything you need and good supermarkets. Would recommend this villa to anyone who wants peaceful and relaxing time with breathtaking views.

We are a family with 5 children aged 8 to 13. At our arrival we were greeted by Sibilla’s friend (as unfortunately Sibilla was sick). After a short briefing we had all information that we needed.
We slept at the upper floor of the house. Our kids shared three bedrooms and we stayed in the ”master bedroom”, in which the air condition for the top floor is situated. In the other rooms there are vans, and as long as you keep the door open from the master bedroom, it cools the other rooms as well. It was quite hot so the AC was a life saver. :-) To get downstairs you need to go outside and then in again, but that did not bother us at all as it was warm outside.
What we enjoyed most was the outdoor space with the pool and outdoor kitchen. Or should I say kitchens? There is a pizza oven, coal grill, gas grill, and a stove as well as a fridge and freezer. We really enjoyed cooking outside and eating with this amazing view of the surrounding fields. There were also table tennis and fuzzball as well as a lot of pool toys for the children to play with. Fantastic!
You do need a car to get around, and we can recommend the beaches around Sirolo, even if the kids preferred the sandy beaches near Civitanova marche.
All in all it was a really nice experience. Highly recommended! Thank you Sibilla and family for letting us stay in your beautiful house!
