About this villa rental
Casa Falcone is a spacious and beautifully restored farmhouse in traditional Marchigiano style, rented together with its charming guest cottage, La Casetta. Together, they sleep up to 14 guests (+2 infants) and offer a total of 8 bathrooms, 4 living areas, multiple terraces, and a large enclosed 12x6m child-safe pool. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the home is powered by solar energy with EV charging on-site.
The Main House – Casa Falcone
Casa Falcone combines original features—some over 200 years old—with every modern comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook for a group. Enjoy meals at the long farmhouse kitchen table which seats up tp 16 people or outdoors on the breezy terrace with uninterrupted panoramic views. A BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven are just steps away for perfect alfresco dining.
The house offers several comfortable living areas, including a cosy sitting room with a games area and table nearby and a separate TV/games room with table football and indoor games for occasional rainy days. The rooms are spacious with
excellent cross-ventilation to keep the space cool in summer, and underfloor heating with pellet, solar, and gas support for winter warmth.
Each bedroom in the main house has its own ensuite bathroom, plush cotton sheets, bath and pool towels, and independent air conditioning.
La Casetta – Guest Cottage
Set slightly apart for added privacy should it be required, La Casetta is ideal for extended families or friends who want their own space. The cottage and main house are always rented together. La Casetta features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, living area with wood-burning stove, two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) sleeping four and two bathrooms.

The 12x6m pool is fully fenced and surrounded by flowering oleanders—designed for both safety and style—offering peace of mind for families. Relax on sun loungers or under the shade of the poolside terrace while taking in breathtaking views of medieval Montegiorgio.

The place is wonderful, the surrounding hills are stunning and you will fall in love with the sunset.
Judy was really helpful, has a long list of recommendations and thanks to her we had a chef coming to make a dinner at the place for the whole group of 16.
The fact that the house is so great detached in the Marche countryside, on the other hand, means that it is not well possible to reach it without a car. The nearest airport in Ancona is 1:20 hours drive, the nearest train station with good connections (Fermo) is about 40 min away. This is perhaps a point to consider in the planning.

Thank you so much to Maja and Judy for a wonderful stay. It was incredible to get the opportunity to explore Montegiorgio, the surrounding hill towns and seaside and Le Marche in general! The house is beautifully situated with stunning rolling hills and farm country all around. We couldn't stop staring out every window and really savoured the time we had at the villa to slow down and enjoy. Maja was very communicative and responsive and helpful, we would absolutely stay again!

Charming renovated old house and a newer house in wonderful countryside surroundings. Beautiful, tastefully decorated rooms, well equipped kitchen, swimming pool... All that is needed. This very hot summer 2022 airconditioning would have been a great plus, though!

Stayed here with family for three weeks in the summer! Large spacious property in a lovely location. Good communication with owner from start to finish! Well looked after by Maja, local property manager who responded to questions straight away. Large pool and plenty of space for people to chill out. Views are stunning and sunsets with a cocktail were a lovely experience each evening. Plenty of room for 16 people in this lovely renovated property and it now has the benefit of a pizza oven. If you want to go to an area in Italy and experience the real Italy away from the tourists, then you have found the right place! Eating out is value for money and as we have been to the area most years In the last fifteen, we have found many restaurants that offer great value and local dishes. If you can make a booking at this property, you will not be disappointed!
