About this house rental
Available for weekends and weekdays all year round, this charming Norman house of 134 m2 in was certified 4 stars. It is located 20 minutes from Deauville and Trouville Sur Mer. Ideal for a weekend with friends and a family vacation. It has a plot of 3 hectares with animals to delight the little ones and a jacuzzi, sauna, Scandinavian bath and heated indoor pool.
On the ground floor :
The house consists of a kitchen equipped with American fridge, 4-burner gas cooker, microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking, a dining room with a table that can seat 10 people, '' a living room with a wood stove, a sofa, flat screen, HIFI, a bedroom with double bed and its own bathroom, WC, another bedroom with 2 double sofa beds.
Upstairs :
You will find a bedroom with a double bed and a folding bed, a second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with WC.
Outside :
A large terrace with breathtaking views of the valley which is composed of a garden furniture, an indoor heated swimming pool (available from February to November), a 9-seater Scandinavian tub, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a ground pétanque, a ping pong table, parking, a large outdoor table, 3 umbrellas and a barbecue all year round
without forgetting our chickens for fresh eggs for morning breakfast

Deposit: € 1,500 ON YOUR ARRIVAL
- The stay must last a minimum of 2 nights.
- A certificate of resort insurance will be required.
- The swimming pool is available from February to November.

A lovely property in a peaceful location but only 20 mins from Honfleur, Deauville and Trouville. Great facilities at the property add to the pleasure of a break at Patrick’s property. He doesn’t speak English and I don’t speak French but we got on fine.

Belle surprise de la maison et de ses équipements nombreux. Propriétaires très réactifs et disponibles, tout en étant en retrait et sans incursion.
La vue magnifique, rien ne manquait !

Patrick was a great host and promptly sorted a few smaller items that came up during the stay. The highlight being his use of a telescopic digger to rescue a kite from a tree! The facilities were great and kept the 4 kids well entertained; swimming pool, bouncy castle and hot tub during the day then nordic bath at night!. Definitely recommend.

Chez Patrick il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour s’amuser en famille! La pièce de vie est grande et agréable et il y a énormément d’activités (3 façons différentes de se baigner, le sauna, la pétanque, le château gonflable…). Si vous souhaitez passer un bon moment ensemble c’est idéal! Nous reviendrons très certainement!
