Very beautiful character villa with sea view, completely renovated, ideal for special moments with family or friends. 200 m from the beach, close to shops, restaurants, casinos, racetracks. 2 sunny terraces with barbecue, 5 bedrooms, 3 with suite (bathroom), one on the ground floor, all equipped with a television. You will appreciate the villa for its services, its luminosity, its comfort which combines the modern and the charm of the old. Bed and bathroom linen are provided, it has its private parking, wine cellar, wifi, integrated USB sockets, alarm, safe etc ........

What a wonderful, comfortable house in a great location. We were a group of six that was based in Benerville sur Mer for 8 days around June 6th. Not only was the house very comfortable from showers to kitchen to dining area and sitting area but it was also located just a few minutes walk from some great restaurants. Sophie was always accessible and helpful. I highly recommend this house!

Used this house as base of operations for two families (2 adults and 1 child each) to day trip through Normandy. You could eat off the floors it was so clean and laid out perfectly for group breakfast/lunches and couch time. Parking excellent and we had a 9 seat van. All shops near by with fancy and not restaurants also. Good Uber service for dinners (or Dads’ trip to the Casino in Deauville the last night 🙄). House locks up easily and button click arms alarm, but neighborhood very family and safe. Sophie the host was just lovely.
