About this cottage rental
Detached country house. Ground floor: living room (table football), fully equipped kitchen with central island and American-style refrigerator, lounge with wood-burning stove, games room, shower room (puzzles, board games) with toilet, laundry room. First floor (accessed by two staircases on either side of the lounge): 1 family bedroom (4 single bunk beds), 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), bathroom with toilet, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds that can be joined together), shower room, separate toilet. Central heating. Large courtyard with terrace and enclosed garden. Garage for bicycles and motorcycles. Shelter with ping-pong table. Playhouse for children and games (molkky, skittles, etc.). Business clients not welcome. Beautiful white stone farmhouse with original beams and parquet floors. The Gîte de la Venelle is located in a quiet hamlet, 6 km from shops.

Une propriété spacieuse, propre, très pratique pour un grand groupe, une cuisine conviviale, des chambres agréables, 3 points d'eau, et un extérieur grandement ensoleillé en journée et très pratique pour se garer.
Très au calme permettant de se ressourcer.
A 15min de Falaise.
En somme, un super week end : à très vite !
