About this farm stay rental
Elegant, bright and quiet loft just two kilometers from the historic center of Florence, immersed in the Tuscan countryside. The city center is easily accessible with 4 bus lines (11, 36, 37, 39) or on foot with 20-minute walk from the property. The apartment has a big living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a double room with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The property also includes a free private parking and a large garden to make a barbecue or for sunbathing. It also provides free wifi internet.
In less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment there are all the essential services: supermarket, banks, post offices, tobacco shop, bus.

The price is VAT included. The tourist tax is not included in the Homeaway price: it must be paid at the check-in. The conditions are given below.
From 1 July 2011 the City of Florence by resolution of the City Council No. 230/33 of 06.20.2011, integrated by resolution No. 21/2012, has established the "'tourist tax". The tax is applied to non-residents overnight stays in the city of Florence and for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The tax rate for this tourist structure is 3,50 euro per person per night. There are the following exemptions: a) children up to twelve years old ; b) people who care for patients admitted to local hospitals, including outpatient care, for a maximum of two assistants per patient; c) patients who make hospital care in outpatient care; d) students of the University of Florence
It is also provided a 50% reduction of the tourist tax in the following cases: a) groups of lower and upper secondary schools in Florence in teaching visit; b) athletes under the age of 16 years, members of groups participating in sporting events and tournaments organized in collaboration with the Municipal Administration.

Super warm hospitality, we were happy to stay at this wonderful cottage. Thank you, Enrico!
Two floors traditional house only to yourself with huge green field, perfect for sunbathing.
Fresh artichokes and fava beans on arrival, picked by Enrico at the garden.
Peaceful and quite, birds singing, guinea pigs♡ wind, trees, amazing place to be.
Bus stop, shops, bakeries, pizzeria are really nearby.
We do recommend to take a walk to the Puzzle Michelangelo by following first via del Gelsomino and then further Viale Galileo. You will be lucky to enjoy Florence city bird view, olive trees, Duomo, churches, houses of old Florence all the way through Viale Galileo
