newly renovated apartment, located on the first floor of a house by the lake in the picturesque old town of Malcesine. The apartment has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a third pull-out bed. Both bedrooms have a balcony facing the lake. Bathroom with shower, large kitchen-living room with table, chairs, sofa and TV. WiFi and air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a splendid terrace for common use with deck chairs and the possibility of entering the water via a small ladder. Also on the ground floor room with heated whirlpool usable from 15.09 to 15.06. Possibility of bicycle parking. Private car park nearby.

Wir haben in dieser Wohnung 2 wunderbare Wochen im Juli verbracht. Die sehr saubere Wohnung ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Besondere ist die 1a Lage am Porto Vecchio und der Einstieg in den See von der Gemeinschaftsterrasse aus. Stefania ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.

Die Lage ist ein Traum, unmittelbar am kleinen Porto Vecchio mit einem herrlichen Blick über den See. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, supersauber, die Betten sind bequem, die Heizung funktioniert (im zeitigen Frühjahr nicht unwichtig) und der gemeinschaftlich genutzte Whirlpool mit privatem Einstieg in den See im Anschluss ist das I-Tüpfelchen.
Man sollte wissen, dass man mit dem Auto nicht ranfahren kann und deshalb mit kompaktem Gepäck anreisen (die freundliche Vermieterin hat uns das Gepäck mit ihrem Lastenfahrrad vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung gebracht). Direkt unter dem Fenster gibt es zwei Restaurants, die bei Außenbetrieb im Sommer sicher eine ordentliche Geräuschkulisse bieten. Das sollte man mögen. Dafür ist der Weg zur Pizza unschlagbar kurz. Wir werden gern wiederkommen.
