Wir hatten eine tolle geräumige Wohnung für 4 Personen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sehr sauber. Die ganze Anlage ist blitzeblank 😊Die Einrichtung ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber gut erhalten. Hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin. Sie gibt einem sehr gute Infos und man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Die Aussicht auf dem Balkon ist einfach fantastisch. Und der Pool ist super schön und sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Der Weg zur Straße/ See ist zwar etwas mühsam, aber dies haben wir in Kauf genommen. Wir können es weiter empfehlen und können uns vorstellen dort auch mal länger zu bleiben.
- Toll wäre eine Klimaanlage, aber in der Wohnung kann sehr gut durchlüften, daher hat dies trotz sehr großer Hitze gut geklappt.

We had the pleasure of staying at Le Balze Residence, and it was an unforgettable experience! The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking – definitely worth the 146 steps up. It felt like we were perched on top of the world, with the surrounding landscape providing a serene and picturesque backdrop.
A big shout-out to our host, Graziella who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She not only ensured the apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable but also took us out for an evening, giving us a chance to experience the local culture. Her hospitality truly made our stay special.
The apartment itself was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. If you don’t mind the climb, this place is a hidden gem that I’d recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and intimate getaway.

The property is on a steep hill with lots and lots of steps. This was not a problem to us as we are fit. Well and truly worth the effort as the view from our room was phenomenal. It was like waking up to a picture postcard every day. This is not a dislike, but something to bear in mind if you are not mobile.

Very quiet and convenient for travelling around the lake. There was a local bus which was very convenient
A hill up to property might not suit some people a very steep walk. Also had to pay €70 for sheets and towels.
