HOME. INDEPENDENT. 3 MINUTES FROM THE. BEACH. TV SATT WI-FI WASHING MACHINE. CAR PARK COVERED AND CLOSED, 4 BICYCLES. 4 SDRAI FOR THE BEACH. ALL INCLUSIVE IDEAL FOR. FAMILIES AND NOT. Children are welcome and with less than 7 years do not pay, at the time of booking should not be included in the request for quote, (example 2 adults plus a child under 7 years, type 2 ADULTS 0 CHILDREN) because once typed I can no longer return the money. But in the meantime, if there are children under 7 (even if they do not pay) you report it to me, in order to prepare beds for sleeping. You have to bring the documents, even for very young children. Typical cottage of fishermen in the area, completely independent, completely renovated in 2013, located in the historic center of Cassone and three minutes from the beach. Composed of living qucina, two double bedrooms, (on request possibility of a stroller, a high chair is a cot for a very young child), bathroom and tavern,

Nearby is Gardland, Caneva, parca zoo del Garda, safari car, arena of Verona, cable car that takes you up to 1870 meters on Mount Baldo sports mountainbikes, tennis, paragliding, sailing, Kitesurf and all water sports. At 1500 meters in Val di Dream, a large school of sailing boats, katamarano Wind surf Kajt surf, for adults and children with Italian and German instructors. Also five hundred meters five tennis courts. My house is family-run, and it's all included in the price, (you only pay for a possible heating, on request, you pay according to consumption 1 euro per cubic meter.)

An excellent , well equipt apartment. THe host was always available and very responsive. The bicycles are a huge plus as we used them daily. Being able to park our car was also very helpful.

The apartment was very clean. There are 3 floors that gave us sufficient privacy when needed. The kitchen had all the equipments that one would need. The pans were especially nice - finally a place where pans don’t disintegrate The lake shore is super close on foot, and there is a little tabaccheria a few steps down the road with fresh bread and essentials. Malcesine center by bike 15 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay at Loris’ and Adele’s place, they were wonderful hosts, quickly available when needed. Grazie mille

Wir durften eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser süßen Ferienwohnung verbringen. Es ist super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Betten fanden wir sehr bequem.
Das Auto stand wenige Gehminuten entfernt sicher in der Garage, was wir bei der Hitze, die wir hatten, sehr zu schätzen wussten.
Der Gardasee ist tatsächlich nur drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, so dass man auch morgens mal schnell in den See springen kann.
Es gibt einen kleinen Laden, der das Nötigste, vor allem frische Brötchen, hat und nur zwei Minuten entfernt ist. Außerdem sind mehrere gute Pizzerien, Restaurants und Bars fußläufig zu erreichen, von denen man zum Teil einen zauberhaften Blick auf den See hat.
Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Zum Erkunden stellt der Gastgeber auch Fahrräder bereit, die wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben, weil wir lieber zu Fuß unterwegs waren. Und es gibt auch Liegen, die man mit an den Strand nehmen kann.
Die Gastgeber Loris und Adele sind wirklich wundervolle, nette und warmherzige Menschen. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und kann sich mit allen Fragen an sie wenden. Und was die Sprachbarriere hemmt, wird per Google-Übersetzer gelöst.
Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wasser und eine Flasche Prosecco kalt und der Obstkorb war reich gefüllt. Was für ein Empfang!

Just stayed in this lovely little house for a wedding in Malcesine. The property is lovely and clean and everything you have read about Loris is completely true - he is a sweetheart.House contains everything you need and we loved sitting on the balcony, having a gossip and enjoying a tipple or two.Getting to the house is not tricky but Google maps might throw you off a bit. My top tip would be that you need to go up a tiny slip by Hotel Cassone - you are in the right place! Its a little narrow on the drive up so avoid doing a Lewis Hamilton impression.The path down/up to house is cobbled - heavy bags might be a nightmare getting them back up to the car. We were a little cheeky and took our bags down to the nearest bus stop. My house mate then grabbed the car and we loaded them in from the bottom.Oh yes, ladies and high heeled wearing gents - best leave the heels until youre at the bottom or better still leave them at home as youll soon realise trying to wear them is a fruitless task!The house has a TV but if your English it only has 2 English channels (news) so if you fancy watching a bit of TV/Film then bring a laptop or the TV might take DVDs - check with Loris. I did my iPad and my Netflix worked fine when I was just chilling in between going out.Nearest shops that have everything are Jolly One Discount (closed between 12.45-3.30) and Eurospar. Both are easy to find on the S249 road/Malcesine. We walked regularly from Cassone to Malcesine and back but it is a good hour. Great for walking off a Pizza or a couple of glasses of Prosecco and walking past the lake is delightful.Taxis into town were easy enough to get Loris provided some numbers but we did have trouble getting one after 11 p.m... good old walk back then! The fare was appoximately 14 euros. There is a tourist bus at 1.20 euros as well.Overall really lovely house, host and nice location.
