About this chalet rental
The chalet "LA CHENEAU" is located 300m from the center of the village of Saint Paul in Chablais, in a quiet residential area, with a small lake and mountain view.
Pleasantly planted with trees, the 400m2 flat garden is ideal for children.
You will find in this Chalet Madrier on one level:
- A living room Kitchen / Dining room / Living room area with TV.
- A bathroom with spa shower / sink / WC.
- An Adult bedroom with double bed 140 X 190
- A children's room with Bunk beds.
I offer free wifi internet access.
Regarding PRICING
I possibly accept animals (50 € / animal / week). Contact me for my prior agreement.
Outside the holiday period, the proposed rate is fixed for a maximum of 2 people. Beyond this, a flat rate of € 10 per additional person per day will be applied.
A deposit of € 500 is requested on arrival, not cashed and returned on departure depending on the condition of the accommodation.

Petit chalet très agréable, situé dans un village très agréable avec une vue plongeante sur le lac à 600 mètres au-dessus. Mobilier du salon un peu vétuste mais bien adapté. Literie de bon niveau. Très bon séjour au global
