Close to sledding, snowmobiling, and more, this pet-friendly apartment brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 14-minute drive to Lake Annecy or the 7-minute drive to Menthon Castle (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Relax on the deck or patio (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) of this 517-sq-ft apartment, which also offers a BBQ grill. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi, TV, and stereo.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L'appartement a été entièrement rénové , c'est propre ! La cuisine est très bien équipée et avec des ustensiles et ménagère récentes ! ce qui n'est pas le cas de toutes les locations que nous avons pu avoir (Vieille poêle , vieille vaisselle..) ici tout est nickel ! Une belle véranda ! et de belles balades aux alentour. C'est un petit village calme loin de la foule des stations mais tout de même bien Situé (à seulement à 30 min environ de la Clusaz et 10 min du bord du lac d'Annecy.) Bref vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Isabelle & LN

Entre la montagne et le lac, excellent emplacement au calme et proche de beaucoup de balade. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le logement, très confortable et fait avec goût, ont s'y sent bien. Les propriétaires ont mis tout en oeuvre pour que les locataires passent d'excellentes vacances en toute sérénité, et ça a été le cas. Nous reviendrons.
