Parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop "La clairiere" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, slopes 7 km. Nearby attractions: Thônes centre ville 4.6 km, Saint Jean de Sixt centre ville 3.5 km, Crêt 2 station de ski 2.8 km, Aiglons station de ski 3.5 km, Crêt du Merle station de ski 4.1 km, Crête Blanche station de ski 4.2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Grand-Bornand 7 km, la Clusaz 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac d'Annecy 20 km. Hiking paths: les Aravis 100 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.

Kitchenette (2 hot plates, mini-oven). Shower, sep. WC. Oil heating. Lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Accueil très bienveillant par le propriétaire Studio bien équipé, situé au calme, belle vue dégagée. Véhicule nécessaire pour les déplacements et le ravitaillement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci Namaste

Avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce lieu aux paysages fantastiques !! Le propriétaire au petit soin avec nous!! Propreté irréprochable, jardin très soigné et très fleuri!! Nous prévoyons d'y retourner l'année prochaine..
