The apartment has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace overlooking the garden and direct access to the pool.
It is part of a complex composed of bungalows located in a circular way around the garden and the pool.
In the garden palm trees predominate and the ground is grass where people can relax, sunbathe and spend a few moments
nice with your family or friends.
The urbanization is about 50 meters from the beach and this is fine sand and the waters are usually crystal clear.
With respect to the location, we are in a quiet area and at the same time close to all the places where you can make excursions (Denia town, mountains and nearby towns, port where the boats depart to Ibiza-Mallorca, horseback riding, diving, Etc. ..) RENT FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY

Das Objekt ist genauso wie es beschrieben ist und auch die Entfernung zum Meer ist korrekt angegeben.
Der Bungalow ist sehr gemütlich und die Anlage sehr gepflegt und trotz vieler Kinder angenehm entspannt und ruhig. Die Stimmung am Abend lädt zum verweilen auf der Terrasse ein.
