About this house rental

A family home situated within a popular cul de sac location close to Queens Park, in the center of Brighton. The property is spacious and well presented, the accommodation comprises a lounge to the front, a generous dining space that opens to a modern kitchen, utility room, downstairs shower room and an additional reception room/fourth bedroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms; the master with fitted wardrobes, and a family bathroom. The house has a sizeable, rear garden and private parking.
