La casa di Bicio

Geniş odalar, 8 kişi için çok ideal bir ev. Karşılama çok cana yakındı ve evdeki imkanlar oldukça iyiydi. Çocuklar için oyuncaklar, bebek için yatak herşey vardı. Çift banyo olması da çok iyiydi. Bir de ufak jest yapıp prosecco koymuşlar dolaba :))

Merkeze yürüyerek 25-30dk sürüyor. Beğenmediğim diyemem ama biraz daha yakın olsa 10/10 verecektim. Bu haliyle 9/10. O da baya iyi bir puan.

Friendly hosts, good communication, good location, 15 minutes walk from the port where the boats leave for the Cinque Terre. One free parking included, in the garage of a nearby building, other parking can be found on the street, in the area of the apartment. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, a high floor, but it has an elevator. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped with everything you need. The children really appreciated the various toys provided by the owner.

The neighborhood does not seem the safest, but we had no problems. The balcony of one of the rooms overlooks the inner courtyard, a courtyard that is totally unkempt and desolate. The view from the window and the front balcony is shaded by a large stack of containers.

The apartment was extremely well maintained, clean, with good light, and since we were traveling with kids, we really did appreciate all the toys/games the host had for them (e.g,. puzzles, books, etc.). The host was super helpful, always available for us, and even let us keep the luggage for a longer time after check out. Another extremely useful feature was the presence of an elevator (not always available in Europe).

Despite the apartment being super good, it's a bit far away from La Spezia Centrale Train Station, which is the main hub for accessing the Cinque Terre area. Don't get me wrong, the apartment is located near the Cruise ship terminal, so you can easily walk by the ocean, but if you want to use this apartment as a hub for Cinque Terre, you'll need to walk for about 30 minutes to the train station. The walk is flat, and super easy, and you pass by the pedestrian streets full of restaurants, etc but you should consider this.

La decoración del departamento. Completamente a nuevo. Bien ubicado. Garage en edificio de cocheras a 100 mts. La zona es una zona portuaria. Si bien hay tránsito, hay gente durmiendo en la calle. La estructura del edificio es muy antigua pero de la puerta para adentro del departamento todo es nuevo y de muy buen gusto.

No depdende del anfitrión, pero en la zona hay Homless. La ventana de una de las habitaciones da al pulmon de manzana. El barrio es un barrio muy antiguo y descuidado. El frente del departamento da a una calle muy transitada.
