L'emplacement, l'espace dans l'appartement, bon équipement, facilité de communication.

Les réparations à la façade de l'immeuble bloquaient toutes les fenêtres et le bruit des travaux étaient très incommodant le jour. Le grand balcon attenant au salon n'etait pas accessible non plus. J'imagine que ce n'est que temporaire. Et le propriétaire nous avait gentiment laissé une bouteille de vin et quatre croissants.

Die großzügige Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in der Nähe der Promenade und der Fußgängerzone mit ihren zahlreichen Lokalen und Geschäften. Der Supermarkt ist nur 100 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Besitzer der Wohnung ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten hervorragenden und sehr schnellen Kontakt. Fahrstuhl vorhanden.

Leider gibt es keine eigenen PKW-Stellplätze auf der Straße. Die nächstgelegene Tiefgarage ist ca. 150 m entfernt. Der aktuelle Stundensatz beträgt 1,50 EUR bis 20 Uhr. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Allerdings fehlen einige Utensilien zum Kochen. Diese sollten Sie besser mitnehmen. Achtung: Induktionsherd. Der große Balkon mit Meerblick war leider wegen Fassadensanierung gesperrt. Das Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig, was total witzig war – italienisches Leben hautnah. :-)

The size and location of the property

In advance of our visit .that was in May this year we were not visiting until late September we were told that there was works ongoing to the facade of the building but it no way described the magnitude of the works and the duration of the project.Each morning we were awoken to the sound of pneumatic drills and hammering ,the front balcony was inaccessible due to the refurbishment works for the duration of our stay ie 6 nights ,We opted to kept the shutters and curtains closed to reduce the noise levels , that was disappointing as the property highlighted that they had a sea view and when were were there the weather was pleasant enough to be able to sit outdoors if circumstances had permitted , however this was impossible, As a compensation for our inconvenience we were offered 50 euro discount which was equivalent to the city tax due for the four number of persons staying for the duration of our booking
