Beautiful, attractive and light-flooded 4 room maisonette is in a very good location in Idstein-Wörsdorf.
Location:
IDSTEIN-WÖRSDORF is a nearby district of Idstein (3 km). All shops for daily needs are easy to find in Wörsdorf. Rewe, post office, bank, pharmacy, two children's playgrounds, three ice cream parlors, a restaurant and train station are 2-10 minutes walk from the apartment.
Entrance area with hallway and guest toilet. From here you have access to the large, light-flooded living-dining room with exit to the loggia (southern exposure). Furthermore, from the hall you have access to the kitchen (fitted kitchen available), to the bedroom and to the daylight bathroom with bathtub, shower, sink, toilet and bidet. A staircase leads from the hallway to the attic, where there are two further bedrooms.
Furnishing:
The kitchen is very well equipped with common kitchen appliances (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, egg cooker etc.), dishes, cutlery etc. as well as the spices necessary for cooking.
Very spacious living room is equipped with television, CD player with radio, a dining area (expandable up to 8 people) and a couch corner.

From Bahnhof-Wörsdorf there is a direct train connection to Idstein (3 min. Travel time), Frankfurt (approx. 40 minutes), Limburg (approx. 30 minutes), Wiesbaden (one change, approx. 30 minutes). Motorway can be reached in 5 minutes. To Frankfurt, Darmstadt, Wiesbaden, Limburg are about 30-50 km away and in about 30-50 minutes. to reach by car. It takes about 30 minutes to Frankfurt Airport. by car.
INFRASTRUCTURE IDSTEIN:
Idstein has a very cozy, historically valuable old town with beautiful half-timbered houses, friendly and well-stocked shops, great cafes, restaurants, cinema and swimming pool. It offers a wide range of shops: health food stores, EDEKA, HIT, REWE, Tegut, Netto, OBI, Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Norma and Rossmann. The core city has approximately 15,000 inhabitants.
In the vicinity (10 - 40 minutes, driving time) there is a golf course, Lochmühle amusement park, Opel Zoo, Hessenpark and other places for leisure activities. Wörsdorf is located in the Taunus Mountains, which offers many beautiful experiences in nature. The Feldberg is about 30 minutes away by car and can already be admired from the apartment.

We zijn zeer vriendelijk onthaald door de gastvrouw. We waren met 4 en het appartement biedt voldoende ruimte en alle comfort dat nodig is voor een aangenaam verblijf. Dank je Olga voor de goede zorgen
