Oosteiner Hof is a wonderful building complex in the Center of Mainz.
The room was clean and well equipped.
We had problems with the WiFi and the response from the staff was quick (via WhatsApp)
The apartment we had (Dresden) had noise from the Tram running just outside the window and light from the courtyard all night. We prefer rooms in the main building. We didn’t meet anyone in person and could not leave our luggage. WiFi worked eventually, but was on/off (not stable)

Clean, spacious, good location. Had the Munich room
Tried to reach multiple times via booking.com messages prior the trip but did not get any answers about check in.
Had to leave the accommodation early as there was no air conditioning (2 regular fans), too hot to sleep. Granted the weather was +36 outside, but take notice if you are a sensitive sleeper. Sometimes the shower only gave hot water.
