This spacious bungalow-style single-family home is set in the middle of a 1400 sq m property. It offers 180 sq m of living space for up to 11 people. With its open, spacious L-shaped living and recreation room (60 sq m) and its proximity to Frankfurt, the self-catering house is ideal for project-related stays, such as smaller workshops, or for companies looking for upscale temporary accommodation for employees in the Rhine-Main area. The house is also popular as accommodation for family celebrations in a central location in Germany. The house is very quiet and, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens, offers plenty of space to relax and regenerate thanks to the high ceilings on the ground floor and the generous layout of the rooms over 2 floors.

Perfect experience. The property was in outstanding condition and located conveniently near Rudesheim and a short drive from the castles on the Rhine. Coordination with the host was easy and she responded quickly to every question and request. There were 8 adults in the house and there was plenty of space and comfortable beds. I highly recommend this property - it gives you the real German rural town experience but with easy access to Wiesbaden, Mainz and Bingen!

Our stay was very pleasant, with plenty of space for the whole family. The house is well equipped. The garden is spacious and we spent a lot of time playing and having lunch and dinner there. The location is great, close to nature and touristic spots (Rudesheim, swimming pools, wine testing, tree climbing, amusement park). Gerit was very helpful and quick to reply when we had questions during our stay. I can only recommend this house!

Stephanshausen ist ein verträumtes Örtchen, von dem man Ausflüge zu verschiedenen Stellen am Rhein machen kann. Auch zum Wandern ist es gut geeignet. Das Haus selber ist geräumig und bietet viel Platz. Je nach Außentemperatur kann man das Außengelände mit nutzen z.B. zum Tischtennis spielen. Das ist wirklich toll. Das Haus innen ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen und Bedarf an einigen Stellen aus unserer Sicht einer dringenden Renovierung, Zum Beispiel die Badezimmer sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß und veraltet (70er Jahre). Sehr lobenswert ist der Kachelofen im Wohnzimmer, der eine gemütliche Wärme ausstrahlte. Auch das Klavier regte zum musizieren an. Das Haus ist leider nicht isoliert, das machte sich an dem hohen Ölverbrauch für die kurze Zeit bemerkbar (122 Liter / Zusatzkosten in 5 Tagen/4 Nächten), obwohl der Kachelofen mit Holz auch heißte. Bei der Sauberkeit muss ich Ihnen leider ehrlich sagen es war aus unserer Sicht maximal besenrein. An vielen Stellen gab es eine dicke Staubschicht ( z.B. auf der Sofakante oder Gegenständen, die schon länger nicht gebraucht wurden) oder z.B. man durfte nicht hinter der Truhe im Flur sehen. Die Badezimmer waren alle nicht wirklich sauber eher oberflächlich. Die Betten z.B. im großen Schlafzimmer (UG) war durchgelegen, im kleinen Schlafzimmer (UG) zu dünn (hier wollte niemand schlafen). Gardinen teilweise abgerissen/herunterhängend. Die Küchen im OG und im UG waren gut und zweckmäßig.
