The neighborhood where the hotel is located is fantastic. It has great restaurants and bakeries. It is walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and other great sites in Paris. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful.
The room was a little tight for 2 people. I booked through booking.com and when I checked out they said I still owed for the last night which was strange but not the end of the world. The shower floor was a little creaky but it was a nice shower.

Location was OK to good. The street is not good but it's close to some decent restaurants
The floor of the room was not clean on arrival.
