About this villa rental
Architect's villa, built in 2017, wood frame of 210m2 with views of the salt marshes.
Very nice living room of 70m2 on wooden floor with large windows facing south and west. Modern and very functional equipped kitchen.
2 bedrooms on ground floor on wood floor with queen size beds (one with en-suite shower room)
2 bedrooms upstairs with double beds and a bathroom
The ground of 1500 m2 is grassed and sported, almost without opposite. A large cumaru terrace of 50m2 overlooking the pool with an unobstructed view of nature and salt marshes.

Très belle propriété avec magnifique terrasse et Piscine, pièces spacieuses et confortables. Vue sur les marais salants, nous avons passé un bon séjour. Un parasol serait un plus !

The standard of accommodation and its swimming pool at this modern property was of a very good quality.
The property was in a private wooded location, which was very peaceful with beautiful views over the salt marshes
Some lovely quaint harbour villages were a short drive away and were well worth a visit, as were several local beaches
Handover arrangements at the start and end of the holiday worked seamlessly and communications with the owner were very straightforward.
The only minor problem in the property for us was that all the toilets lacked wash basins
which in some cases had been plumbed ready for installation but not fitted.
The large bedroom on the ground floor would have greatly benefited from an en-suite which appeared to be planned but not yet installed.
The very steep immediate drive down to the property could prove challenging in its present unfinished state for certain drivers and cars.
Overall a very pleasant property in a lovely location
One thought for the benefit of future visitors would be a schedule of the owners' recommended restaurants and supermarkets, together with suggestions of interesting places to visit. We would have found this to be of great help, given that we suffered a couple of poor evening meal experiences!"
