A delightful holiday home situated in a peaceful setting on a large 3,000 m² plot, just 700 m from the nearest sandy beach, ideal for a relaxing seaside holiday. The ground floor comprises a welcoming living room with a kitchenette and a comfortable bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, a large open-plan space offers additional sleeping accommodation, perfect for families or friends. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, while the town center and lively port are approximately 1.5 km away.
The house is located near La Turballe and the charming port town of Le Croisic. Following the spectacular Côte Sauvage (Wild Coast), you can reach the renowned seaside resort of La Baule-Escoublac. Also worth a visit: the fortified medieval town of Guérande and its famous salt marshes.
For nature lovers, the vast Brière Regional Natural Park (49,000 ha) offers a unique landscape of canals, traditional thatched cottages, and peat bogs, best explored on a guided boat trip.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Bring towels. Bring all linen with you. Youth groups not allowed. No dog allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Charging of e-vehicles not permitted

Lovely house with beautiful large gardens. 5 min cycle ride to Piriac sir mer, 10 min cycle ride to La Turballe. Very friendly owners. Would highly recommend staying here . Perfect house for exploring this part of Brittany.

Ein Haus in ruhiger Lage und Strandnähe, zahlreiche fantastische Strände zu Fuß oder in wenigen Minuten per Auto zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Creperien in Piriac oder La Turballe innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.
