About this apartment rental
The cozy apartment is on the ground floor.
It is 34 square meters large and tastefully furnished, has a dining-living area with a kitchen and sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a sunny south-facing terrace.
The bathroom is integrated directly into the bedroom, but the toilet is separate.
The small and quiet village of Oberrussenried near Neukirch is located in the hinterland of Lake Constance in an attractive recreational area. The hilly landscape is interrupted here and there by an idyllic pond or a secluded forest, whereby the picturesque landscape is also characterized by orchards and hop gardens.
With us you will find peace and relaxation with a good glass of red wine or try a gin or brandy from our own schnapps distillery.
For shared use, you can also:
- a light-flooded winter garden with a cozy seating area
- a barbecue area under a large walnut tree
- a large play and sunbathing area, including deck chairs, for relaxing and sunbathing
- Washer and dryer can be used for a fee
This is a non smoking property.
Therefore we ask you to enjoy your cigarette on the terrace.
A parking space is available for the duration of your stay.

Eine schöne Woche, die Wohnung hat uns gefallen. Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Auch die Gegend war super ,schön für Spaziergänge.
Jeder Zeit wieder.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Schöne Gegenden, einschließlich Bodensee, schnell erreichbar.
Gute Restaurants, Gaststätten auch in der Nähe. Bei Nuber‘s Cafe unbedingt einkehren.

Schöne und saubere Wohnung, nette Vermieter, schön ruhig und abgelegen, größere Orte waren aber in 15 bis 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Leider fehlt es in dieser Ferienwohnung an Gemütlichkeit! Bei der Einrichtung würde Wert auf praktische Lösungen gelegt, egal ob es angenehm ist oder nicht! Z. B. Die Abtrennung des Duschbereiches zum Schlafbereich erinnerte mich eher an eine Therapieeinrichtung/ Impfzentrum als an eine Wohlfühlzone, die Bettdecken waren zu kurz, eher für Menschen bis 1,60 m, das Verdunklungsrollo im Schlafraum war zweckmäßig, aber mehr auch nicht! Die mittig angebrachte Lampe am Kopfende war nicht nur dunkel sondern auch unpraktisch, die Eßtischlampe war so hoch angebracht, daß sie blendete und eine ungemütliche Atmosphäre verbreitete, es fehlten Kissen auf dem Sofa, das Besteck und das Geschirr sah wie aus dem Gebrauchtwarenkaufhaus!? Schade, für den Preis hatte ich mir etwas anderes vorgestellt, aber meine Jugengherbergszeit ist schon vorüber!
