About this apartment rental
Enjoy the panoramic view of the lake, the Alps and the adjacent forest! Our pretty apartment is in the first row on the Sonnenberg in Überlingen. The spacious apartment is on the top floor of a well-kept apartment building on the 3rd OG. The lake is only a few minutes by car or bus (stop 100m).
The apartment is in new condition and very high quality and modern. It has two spacious rooms, a large loggia, a spacious hall, kitchen and bathroom. A bicycle cellar is available. There is a playground nearby for small children.
The apartment is located in a small forest. A convenient footpath leads down to the city and to a grocery store. A parking space belongs to the apartment.

We had wanted to explore the Lake Constance area for quite a while and this was the perfect base. We drove right the way round the lake during our stay but enjoyed the immediate area the most. We also used trains and ferries, both of which were nearby.
