In the beautiful Lake Constance Herdwangen-Schönach is nestled in the gently rolling landscape of the Upper Linzgaus. It is an idyllic holiday destination in the border triangle of Germany, Austria and Switzerland,

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting but a bit far to main attractions, driving along winding roads. Would suggest that more necessities are provided. For instance, needed more glasses, toilet paper, dish washing stuff etc.

We enjoyed the style of the property, having a quiet place away from it all, modern and clean with fab large windows. Gabriele welcomed us warmly & gave us much needed information about the nearest shops etc.
It took us 20-30 mins to drive to nearby towns at Lake Constance. The Pfahlbauten and Zeppelin Museum were our favourites, we also enjoyed Konstanz, which we saw in glorious sunshine.
We'd be happy to return to the area and to Gabriele's lovely home.
